LAUNE BREAD
Ongoing design work for Minneapolis-based bakery Laune Bread.
Laune Bread is part of a community of farmers, millers, advocates & friends working to create a thriving local food movement.
Their ingredients have an identity, a farmer, and a connection. Since 2020, they have sourced over 75,000 lbs of organic and regenerative Minnesota grain from small farmers. They bake naturally leavened breads, pastries & cookies.
Laune Bread is rooted in local sourcing and community connection. They are interested in transparency and storytelling.
We have worked together to design and produce educational and display material, merch, packaging and the occasional April Fools campaign.
